Property in this area sells in the region of a million euros per villa, so the people that live here are either very rich or have huge mortgages!! However, food and drinks in the restaurants are reasonably prices as they are aimed at the tourist market.
For people who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of a large resort but be within easy reach of all amenities, then depending on budget, Tias and Puerto Calero are ideal locations.
Taxis are readily available in both resorts, and run 24 hours per day.
