Casa Adelfa offers accommodation on two levels, upstairs is reached by way of a gallery landing where there are three double bedrooms (two doubles and a twin) all with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and en-suite facilities. The master bedroom (king size bed) also has a changing room and sitting area. All bedrooms have views of the sea, marina and the neighbouring island of La Gomera.

Downstairs there is a very large lounge, kitchen and octagonal dining room, with double french windows all leading on to the main terrace. Outside on the terrace there is a heated swimming pool (8m x 4m) and a pool room with toilet and shower. There is also a barbecue. Off of the kitchen and dining room there is a roll out sun canopy to provide shade.

The villa is furnished to an exceptionally high standard, with marble floors throughout and high quality local and Italian furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric oven, washing machine. In addition, the villa has car parking, an alarm system, satellite TV, video and cd stereo.
